The sample holder features individual X, Y, and Z alignment with precise adjustment capabilities. The tailor-made probe holder is the best substitute for traditional grounding methods when analyzing bond pads. It utilizes a hard metal probe that physically contacts the bond pad and then grounds directly to the sample holder.
